I'm a Staff Scientist with the Lieber Institute for Brain Development at the Johns Hopkins Medical Campus. My research involves the use of deep learning and high-performance computing to develop new medications.
My graduate and postdoctoral research was completed at Oregon State University’s Forest Biotechnology Laboratory, where I used similar computational tools to support plant genetic discovery and molecular breeding (e.g., CRISPR/Cas9).
Let’s work together to help make sure the full potential of the blooming AI/biotech revolution is realized and benefits sustainability and health for all of humanity.
